Ordering

How do I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled every Saturday between 10am-3pm. There are two Safe Exchange Zones in Laurel, MD. The first is the parking lot of the Barkman-Kaiser Public Safety Complex, 811 5th Street, Laurel, MD 20707, and the second is located in the parking lot of the Laurel Southern District Station, 11226 Scaggsville Road, Laurel, MD 20723.When placing your order, pick which Safe Exchange Zone you would like to meet us at to pick up your order and pick a time. If you would like to receive your order on another day, contact us to make arrangements.

Can I have my order customized with a special color icing?

No, not at this time.

Do you ship your cakes and cupcakes?

Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping at this time.

What are the pickup days and times?

Every Saturday between 10am-3pm. If you would like to receive your order on another day, contact me to make arrangements.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

3 days in advance.

Do you need advanced notice for large orders?

Yes, for cupcake orders of 8 dozen or more and for cake orders of 3 or more, 10 days advanced noticed is required.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

Orders must be canceled within 48 hours of the pickup time to receive a refund. The refund will be made to the same credit card with which you placed the order.

Do you provide catering services?
Yes, I offer catering for parties and events. Contact me to make arrangements.

There is an error in my order confirmation. What should I do?

If you notice an error in the order confirmation, notify me by email immediately.

Customizing

Can I have my order customized with a special color cake besides red?

For cupcakes and our Traditional Red Velvet cake, yes. For our Velvet Swirl and Killing Me Softly cake, we cannot accommodate that request.

Do you provide decorations for your cupcakes or cakes?

Not at this time.

Storage

All products should be stored in air-tight containers.

Cupcake - Do not refrigerate. Cupcakes are fine within 24 hours of purchase.

Cakes - Only refrigerate if storing longer than 24 hours. All cakes should be taken out of the fridge two hours before serving for best taste.

Catering

Do you provide catering services?
Yes, I offer catering for parties and corporate events. For cupcake orders of 8 dozen or more and for cake orders of 3 or more, 10 days advanced noticed is required.

Do you offer on-site setup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site set-up or display services. We can provide you suggestions on how to best display your cupcakes and cakes.

Do you have cupcake or cake stands for rent?

Unfortunately, we do not.
